This is Module #4 of the Working with Castaway Webinar Training Series. While it is a stand-alone course, it is best combined with the other 5 webinar modules to complete the curriculum.
Joining a webinar series of 6 modules, will provide you with a competency in the basic functionality of Castaway Forecasting software.
Of course, you can choose to attend individual modules if you want to brush up on some specific techniques.
Who should attend?
This course is suitable for regional users unable to access a capital city to attend a full day of live training. It is also suitable for users who wish to brush up on specific modules as a refresher.

Webinar Training Terms & Conditions
General Terms and Conditions for Webinar Training Services
These general terms and conditions of business apply for all webinar training and education delivered by Financier Software Pty Ltd (hereby known as Castaway).
Participants must register and pay in advance to take part in Castaway webinar training and education events. Registration consists of completing the required online application and making payment arrangements online.
Castaway will deliver webinar training on specific dates and times. Courses will be scheduled on a regular basis and advertised on our website.
Purchase of a training seat for webinar training means that we will deliver training to one individual. We will answer questions from that individual, provide support and acknowledge their attendance for the purpose of certification and continuous professional development recording. Arrangements to deliver webinar training to multiple attendees at one site and multiple screens are available, should this be required by a customer.
Participants will require access to a computer during webinar software training. Practicing the methods and undertaking facilitated exercises during the webinar is important to learning and retention. Participants are responsible for providing their own laptop computer for any software training, for which a training licence or temporary software licence to download will be granted.
Participants may request a certificate of attendance on completion of attending any training. This will be provided electronically.
Transfer and Cancellation Policy
Castaway may cancel training, change the date, time or location of training with advanced notice. If Castaway cancels or postpones training, a full refund will be provided to a participant who is unable to transfer to the next available course.
If a participant is unable to attend the training course they registered for, the customer company is entitled to designate another representative from their company to participate in the training course. The client will incur no additional costs.
If a participant cancels their registration, seeking a refund, the following refund policy applies:
Cancellation notice *
5 working days or less prior to training
6-15 working days prior to training
50% refund or full transfer to the next available webinar course
16 or more working days prior to training
100% refund or full transfer to the next available webinar course
Copyright, Documentation and Materials
For most of our webinar training, participants will be provided with documents and resources suitable for learning. All training documents are intended for the exclusive personal use of the participant.
Participant’s recognise Castaway’s copyright and therefore the exclusive distribution rights and right of use of training documents and software. The right to use training software is limited to the length of the training session and is automatically rescinded following completion of training unless an appropriate licence is purchased.
The participant is not allowed to reproduce the training software or documents, in particular to process them in electronic systems, duplicate, or modify them in any way, or distribute them in any form to third parties. All embedded knowledge and teaching systems provided by Castaway to the participant on data storage media or made available on electronic networks are considered training documents.
The participant may not deliver or conduct and internal or external training or provide certification on Castaway products.
It is assumed these terms and conditions are read and understood prior to a participant registering for Castaway training.
