What you will learn in Introducing Advanced Techniques

You will learn how to:

  1. create and manage Datalinks
  2. determine and create Drivers
  3. manage Excel upload forecast data
  4. undertake financial analysis (basics due to time constraints)

Webinar Training Terms & Conditions

General Terms and Conditions for Webinar Training Services

These general terms and conditions of business apply for all webinar training and education delivered by Financier Software Pty Ltd (hereby known as Castaway).

Participants must register and pay in advance to take part in Castaway webinar training and education events. Registration consists of completing the required online application and making payment arrangements online.

Castaway will deliver webinar training on specific dates and times. Courses will be scheduled on a regular basis and advertised on our website.

Purchase of a training seat for webinar training means that we will deliver training to one individual. We will answer questions from that individual, provide support and acknowledge their attendance for the purpose of certification and continuous professional development recording. Arrangements to deliver webinar training to multiple attendees at one site and multiple screens are available, should this be required by a customer.

Participants will require access to a computer during webinar software training. Practicing the methods and undertaking facilitated exercises during the webinar is important to learning and retention. Participants are responsible for providing their own laptop computer for any software training, for which a training licence or temporary software licence to download will be granted.

Participants may request a certificate of attendance on completion of attending any training. This will be provided electronically.

Transfer and Cancellation Policy

Castaway may cancel training, change the date, time or location of training with advanced notice. If Castaway cancels or postpones training, a full refund will be provided to a participant who is unable to transfer to the next available course.

If a participant is unable to attend the training course they registered for, the customer company is entitled to designate another representative from their company to participate in the training course. The client will incur no additional costs.

If a participant cancels their registration, seeking a refund, the following refund policy applies:
