These users will need to deliver/ present a forecast to a client, explain it, defend it and provide advice based on it to a client/ external financier/ stakeholder etc. The course assumes users have attended BASELINE training, but have not been deeply involved (necessarily) in building or maintaining the file. By completing this course, learners will be able to:
* Identify key assumptions
* Explain the numbers on reports
* Understand how to adjust the forecast
* Efficiently review a forecast to understand how it has been built
* Be confident about presenting, explaining and working with the forecast
* Apply effective techniques for stress-testing, what-ifs and scenario analysis to the forecast
